We offer two plans: Hagerman Deluxe Support and Hagerman Essential Support
Deluxe Support Plan
Our certified support staff provides prompt and courteous assistance with technical issues that may arise with your software. Hagerman Support can be accessed via phone, email or online.
Just a phone call away
The Hagerman Help Desk is staffed 12 hours a day/5 days a week by Hagerman Support Specialists and Solutions Engineers. If we do not answer your call immediately, you can expect a return call within one hour. Each support call is monitored to ensure a prompt and exceptional customer experience, and we survey our customers after each support incident to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Submit your questions via e-mail 24 hours a day. Responses are provided within two hours, subject to normal business hours (12 hours a day, 5 days a week).

Hagerman & Company offers all subscription customers a free Essential Support Plan to assist with installation and activation of your new software. Additionally, you will also receive free access to The Hub, an exclusive members-only site that provides free upgrade training classes, technical webcasts, tips & tricks, and more.
