  • Use of online meeting technologies so that Hagerman technical staff can view and if necessary (and allowed) take remote control of your workstation
  • Coordination of support services with our software partners including Autodesk, Accruent and Synergis on an as-needed basis
  • Surveys are sent for each support case so we can be sure you are satisfied with our response and professionalism. Survey results are reviewed daily by Hagerman management to ensure that we meet and exceed customer expectations.
