  • It enables users to create 3D massing models of sites and their surroundings using automatically sourced data sets such as maps, site boundaries, terrain, buildings, and infrastructure in less than 2 minutes.
  • The software provides accurate analyses for over 100 criteria including noise, wind, sun, and microclimate to test site proposals.
  • Forma streamlines early-stage planning and design workflows with intuitive tools and generative design capabilities.

    • Autodesk Estimate → Forma Estimate
  • UI Updates: Product logos, navigation, and admin roles reflect the Forma brand. ACC Mobile App is now called Forma.
  • No Workflow Disruption: No changes to workflows, data, licensing, logins, APIs, or integrations. All projects, members, and settings remain as is.

Strategic Vision

  • One Ecosystem: Forma unifies fragmented AECO workflows, enabling lifecycle continuity from planning through operations.
  • Data Backbone: Forma Data Management (formerly Autodesk Docs) is the common data environment (CDE) for all Forma projects.
