Hagerman & Company, Inc. and Navigation Electronics, INC invite you to attend a fun and informative workshop that takes you from "Field to Finish" by demonstrating the latest in surveying equipment from Trimble and survey functionality in AutoCAD^® Civil 3D^® 2009.

About Field to Finish

• The ability to download field collected survey data and automatically “draw” an intelligent base map is called “field to finish”.

• Huge efficiency gains may be achieved in this often overlooked, yet essential project task.

• In this workshop you will see how knowledgeable use of hardware and software throughout the data collection and reduction process can not only save time but also ensure accuracy.

The presentation will be a highly technical four-hour event for surveyors and civil engineers. Data will be collected and coded in the field using the latest surveying equipment, fed into a survey database, manipulated as necessary, and downloaded into a Civil 3D 2009 environment where it will automatically produce linework and surface breaklines suitable for a project basemap. The information is meant to bring surveyors and engineers up to date with the latest software and equipment technology, make them more efficient, and reduce the likelihood of error.
