Indiana-Skills Enhancement Fund:
The Skills Enhancement Fund (SEF) provides financial assistance
to businesses (manufacturers, distribution centers or regional
headquarters) committed to training their workforce.

WorkOne of
Northern Indiana
Hagerman & Company is a preferred provider for WorkOne of
Northern Indiana. WorkOne offers job seekers assistance in
obtaining the needed training to keep their skills current. CAD
classes are offered, including an AutoCAD training course from
Hagerman & Company. Please indicate your interest in CAD classes
and Hagerman and Company, Inc. when speaking with an advisor.

Bluegrass State Skills Corporation -
Skills Training
Investment Credit:
The STIC program provides tax credits to companies for company-specific
training activities. To be considered, a company must complete and
submit an application to the BSSC Board of Directors. Once the
application is preliminarily approved by the board the company can begin
eligible training.

Incumbent Worker Training Program
The Incumbent Worker Training Program provides grant funding for
customized training for existing for-profit businesses. Through
this customer-driven program, Tennessee is able to effectively
retain and keep businesses competitive through upgrade skills
training for existing full-time employees.

Tennessee - Knoxville |
Knox County
Manufacturing Skills Program
The Knox County Manufacturing Skills Program was developed to
provide funds for employers to increase the skill level of
technically skilled workers. You must apply for the grant prior
to attending/conducting the training. If your company is awarded
a manufacturing skills grant, you will conduct the training that
you have outlined in your application and receive reimbursement
from The Development Corporation.
