Training Cancellation Policy:

Registrations cancelled more than 7 days prior to a class are fully refundable.

Registrations cancelled within 7 days prior to a class, including no-shows, are not refundable; however, 50% of the fees paid may be credited toward registration for a future or rescheduled class.

If we cancel a class for any reason, you will receive, at your option, either a full refund of fees paid or full credit for fees if paid toward registration in any future class offered.

This three-day fundamentals course covers the indispensable core topics for working with AutoCAD. The teaching strategy is to start with a few basic tools that enable the student create and edit a simple drawing. They then continue to develop those tools, as well as being introduced to more advanced tools throughout the course. Not every command or option is covered, because the intent is to show the most essential tools and concepts:

  Use basic drawing, editing, and viewing tools
  Organize drawing objects on layers
  Insert reusable symbols (blocks)
  Prepare a layout to be plotted
  Add text, hatching, and dimensions
