Training Cancellation Policy:

Registrations cancelled more than 7 days prior to a class are fully refundable.

Registrations cancelled within 7 days prior to a class, including no-shows, are not refundable; however, 50% of the fees paid may be credited toward registration for a future or rescheduled class.

If we cancel a class for any reason, you will receive, at your option, either a full refund of fees paid or full credit for fees if paid toward registration in any future class offered.

Course Details
AutoCAD Inventor Level I Classroom Training for the new user
Prerequisite: Good working knowledge of basic drafting procedures and of Windows OS
Manual: Inventor Essentials Student Guide
Length: Three Days
Time: 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (California classes start at 8:30 a.m.)
Classroom fee: Shown in table above, per person, includes manual

After completing this course you will be able to:

  Utilize the Design Support system and on line help
  Understand the Inventor part modeling process
 Create, Constrain, and Edit sketched features
  Effectively work with Construction Planes, Axes and Points
  Fillets, Chamfers, Shells and Patterns
  Create Views, Sheets, Title blocks, and edit part drawings
  Use Assembly modeling to Create, Place and Constrain components
  Design and sketch adaptive parts with features and occurrences
  Manage model data using Templates and Design Assistant
  Exchange model data by Linking, Translating and Importing
 

Requirements for eTraining Courses:
 

Students are required to have the correct version of software installed and functioning properly on their computer

Training material will be shipped to e-students in advance of the class.

Payment is required two business days prior to the eTraining course to allow for shipment of course materials.

eTraining registration will close two days before a class is scheduled to begin.

eTraining student requirements:

 

High-Speed Internet Access (DSL, Cable, FIOS or other Broadband Access)

 

A sound card with speakers for use if using VOIP for audio (optional)

 

A headset with microphone for use with VOIP (preferred), or telephone with headset or speakerphone (for hands-free operation)
