Are you struggling with new software?

Hagerman & Company is now offering eTraining, a live, online training option. Hagerman eTraining is taught in real time by a live instructor, and you attend “online” from your office. With Hagerman eTraining, you enjoy the same benefits of live classroom training without the added expense of your time and travel.

We will be adding more eTraining classes in the future, based on demand. Please contact us with eTraining requests for other software products – all classes shown in our catalog are available for eTraining. Current eTraining courses are listed at here. If you'd like to request a course for eTraining, simply fill out the form here.

Class fees are the same as our existing in-classroom sessions.
Students are required to have the correct version of software installed and functioning properly on their computer
Training material will be shipped to e-students in advance of the class.
Payment is required two business days prior to the eTraining course to allow for shipment of course materials.
eTraining registration will close two days before a class is scheduled to begin.
eTraining student requirements:
1. High-Speed Internet Access (DSL, Cable, FIOS or other Broadband Access)
2. A sound card with speakers for use if using VOIP for audio (optional)
3. A headset with microphone for use with VOIP (preferred), or telephone with headset or speakerphone (for hands-free operation)
