I was hesitant to use the Technical Support Assistance with Hagerman over the first six months that we had the service, simply because other technical service agreements we have had with other companies in the past have been virtually worthless. Traditionally I have tried to solve every CAD problem we have encountered on my own or simply tried to find the best work-around solution to avoid the problem. In trying to solve my own AutoCAD problems I have posted my issues on Autodesk's website as well as Google.com, but received relatively no useful answers to any of my issues. I'm sure there are a lot of CAD user's out there that can attest to the feeling that there just going in circles when trying to find the answers to their CAD problems.  After Upgrading to AutoCAD 2002 about two months ago, I began using Hagerman's Technical Support. I was pleasantly surprised by the Hagerman's quick professional response to my CAD problems as well as their dedication to finding a quick resolution to our problems. Over the past two months, I have asked for Hagerman's technical assistance on several other CAD issues and have always been quite pleased with the results. The minimal cost for Hagerman's technical assistance is an exceptional value to our company that pays for itself many times over in terms of increased productivity. Hagerman's Technical Support definitely takes the guesswork out of CAD management by providing a straight path to the solution. Thanks for the assistance Hagerman and keep up the good work! ...
