CBTs are an excellent substitute when classroom training is either unavailable or not in the budget.  In addition, they do not require sending staff away from the office, allowing you to protect billable time.   Self-paced training is not schedule dependent, can be reviewed as often as needed, and can be made available across your network or loaded onto laptops.

CBTs - A Combination for Success

Use CBTs in combination with our classroom training.  Providing CBTs prior to training can ensure that all students have the same basic skills, allowing your classroom time to be spent on specific or more advanced training -- providing an improved ROI for the entire training process.

Reinforcement
The privacy of the user's desktop allows the student to review a process as many times as they need to, without embarrassment or pressure to move on or keep up with the rest of the class.  CBT users can review the AVI and run the software at the same time to grasp the steps it takes to accomplish a process.

Reference
One of the biggest concerns with live training is that the student gradually forgets most of the learned material unless it is used.  Our CBTs allow interactive training to be reviewed from the student's desktop on an ad hoc basis.  Refresh your memory on seldom-used commands.  Use the AVIs as a self-paced tutorial.

Ease of Access
CBTs run on your computer at your desktop when you have the available learning time.  Topical "sound bite" lessons are focused and short.  You can get to what you need to know without digging through a lot of menus or material.  Also, our CBT lessons can be made available over your network.
