Discounts under this program may be combined with the Autodesk 0% Financing Offer valid from February 6, 2012, through April 13, 2012. However, this offer may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or other incentives offered by Autodesk unless specified herein.

Attention Autodesk 2009 software customers: Be sure to act before March 15, 2012. After this date, upgrade pricing and technical support will no longer be available for Autodesk 2009 products.

The Autodesk Demand More promotion provides discounts for customers upgrading to suites from current versions of the products below:

The Demand More 0% financing offer is valid from February 6, 2012, through April 13, 2012, or until $8 million in funding is allocated (whichever occurs first). This promotion is valid in the 50 United States and Canada only, and is subject to approval by one of the identified financing partners; void where prohibited or restricted by law. Only commercial customers, including Strategic Accounts, U.S. Government (Federal/State/Local) accounts purchasing via DLT or direct with the Autodesk and Canadian Federal Government Accounts purchasing via DISO direct with Autodesk may participate. Education customers are not eligible to participate in this promotion. Educational licenses and education to commercial transfers do not qualify. This promotion is not valid for product licenses purchased through the Autodesk Employee Purchase Program. Autodesk Consulting Services, partner training and services, and/or other related purchases are not eligible. Participants must be legal U.S. or Canadian residents, 18 years of age or older. Minimum transaction size is $10,000 USD and maximum transaction size is $150,000 USD. Only Autodesk® software licenses, creative finishing systems and subscription purchases are eligible for this offer. Autodesk Subscription may not exceed 40% of the total amount financed. Early Autodesk Subscription renewals are not eligible for this offer. Offer may not be combined with multi-year subscription discounts.
