Hagerman & Company, Inc. Expands Further into
California, Acquires Autodesk Reseller Business in Placentia, California

MT. ZION, Ill. – Hagerman & Company, Inc., one of America’s largest value-added resellers of Autodesk® software, today announced its acquisition of Lackner Computer Systems, Inc. Placentia, Calif. This follows the company’s April 2006 acquisition of the Autodesk-related division of Intervision Systems Technologies, establishing Hagerman & Company in Northern California.

“Lackner Computer Systems has amassed a large and diverse customer base, stretching from Santa Barbara to San Diego, and east to Las Vegas.
