Hagerman, Ideate Announce Partnership Agreement
 

San Jose, CA -- Today Hagerman & Company, Inc. and Ideate, Inc. announced Hagerman’s acquisition of Ideate’s Manufacturing Solutions Division – the manufacturing segment of Ideate’s Autodesk business.

Ideate will continue the expansion of its AEC initiatives on the West Coast and will refer all manufacturing business to Hagerman. Hagerman will continue the development of its manufacturing business on the West Coast referring all AEC business on the West Coast to Ideate. Hagerman & Ideate will operate, in effect, as partners, in growing business throughout the West Coast focusing on their strengths and continuing their focused investments.

According to Hagerman’s CEO, Dennis Hagerman, the new agreement will enable the expansion of both businesses and result in more revenue for Autodesk, Inc. Each company has been noted for its considerable investments, professionalism and commitments and this agreement is further proof of that. Hagerman commented “We’re very pleased to have this opportunity to expand our reach in Northern California, and look forward to working with our new clients and with Ideate in jointly serving the CAD community in California.”

This new agreement is effective as of May 1, 2008.
