Hagerman & Company, Inc. expands in Knoxville, St. Louis

Mt. Zion, IL – (March 23, 2007) Hagerman & Company today announced expansion of its offices in two of
the major cities the company serves: Knoxville, Tenn., and St. Louis, Missouri.

In Knoxville, construction will soon be underway on a new suite in Century Park III. Century Park is
Knoxville’s new, upscale 80-acre office complex, located just off I-40 and the Pellissippi Parkway.

“The new Knoxville facility offers us great ability to expand our employment and clientele,” said Dennis
Hagerman, CEO, Hagerman & Company. “It includes two large training rooms, a conference room and
offices for a staff of eight technical and sales professionals.”

An expected move-in date of June, 2007 is planned. Upon move-in, Hagerman & Company will expand
its local offerings to include the complete AEC product line from Autodesk® as well as Autodesk’s
manufacturing software, which has been the area’s focus for the past year. Professionals in both product
lines will be available to serve clients throughout east Tennessee. Hagerman also provides complete
support of Autodesk’s AEC and manufacturing product lines in its offices in Nashville and Memphis. It is
the only company providing such comprehensive local support throughout the state of Tennessee.

In St. Louis, the company’s space in City Place III, Three City Place Drive is being doubled in order to
accommodate its growing businesses in both manufacturing and AEC software. The new space will be
dedicated to the AEC business. A minimum of five sales and technical professionals providing service
and support to the AEC community will be employed. The older space will be devoted exclusively to the
manufacturing segment and includes longstanding sales, technical and consulting positions.

“This space is being doubled to accommodate the growth of our business and reaffirms our commitment
to our clients in the St. Louis metro area and indeed throughout Missouri and Southern Illinois,”
Hagerman said.
