ZION, IL: Hagerman & Company, Inc., one of America’s largest and oldest
value-added resellers of Autodesk® software, today announced its
acquisition of Autodesk Reseller Spectrum Technologies of Lakeland,
Tennessee, effective as of January 31, 2007.
Spectrum Technologies, an Authorized Autodesk Reseller since 1992, has
maintained a strong AEC (Architecture / Engineering / Construction)
customer base within the Western Tennessee, Arkansas and Mississippi
regions. Based in Lakeland, Tennessee, a suburb of Memphis, Spectrum
Technologies has developed a highly loyal Autodesk customer base.
“The acquisition of Spectrum Technologies greatly expands our customer
base in Tennessee and is part of a strategy to expand our AEC business
throughout Mid-America”, Dennis Hagerman, Hagerman & Company’s CEO,

service from our local office in Memphis’ Crescent Center. Our local AEC
staff includes Jeff Old, P.E., a licensed civil engineer and Autodesk

Manager. We plan to host a welcome event soon to meet with our new
customers and showcase the latest civil and architectural design
products from Autodesk.”
