Civil 3D from a utility perspective - a little redesign can save a lot of money |
Meeting Features
“Show and Share”
- Remember bragging to your friends in grade school about what
you did on summer vacation? “Show and Share” is our professional version
of this childhood favorite.
During each meeting, members will have time to share and gain knowledge by
showing off cool tips, tricks, designs, projects, etc. To participate,
just be prepared for a brief discussion and bring a flash drive with the
files, or email them in advance to
tracyfisher@hagerman.com.
“Civil Synopsis”
- Missed the meeting? Can’t
remember that one tip you need right now? Need to find someone who knows
Civil 3D? No problem. Registered members of Groundbreakers Civil 3D will
now receive a “Civil Synopsis” after each meeting. These meeting notes
will include an overview of the presentation, discussion and items
shared during “Show and Share” with credit to the presenter and their
company. Additionally, members can submit Civil-related classified
advertisements.

"Civil 3D from a utility perspective - a
little redesign can save a lot of money"
How understanding the impacts of your design decisions can help save you
not only the budget, but also the project schedule. Ideas on what type
of conflicts to look for. How to use some of Civil 3D’s tools to help
you find them, and hopefully fix them.
