Training Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled more than 7 days prior to a class are fully refundable. Registrations cancelled within 7 days prior to a class, including no-shows, are not refundable; however, 50% of the fees paid may be credited toward registration for a future or rescheduled class. If we cancel a class for any reason, you will receive, at your option, either a full refund of fees paid or full credit for fees if paid toward registration in any future class offered.

Students are required to have the correct version of software installed and functioning properly on their computer |

Training material will be shipped to e-students in advance of the class. |

Payment is required two business days prior to the eTraining course to allow for shipment of course materials. |
