All hardware sold by Hagerman & Company will be covered by the manufacturers' warranty, which varies from vendor to vendor. Some vendors include on-site maintenance in the base price of the system. Others offer it as an option. Each vendor offers optional coverages which serve to improve guaranteed response time.

In addition to the above, Hagerman & Company offers one year and multi-year on-site maintenance plans on all components of the systems sold, filling all gaps in vendor coverages, eliminating finger pointing between vendors, and assuring immediate (same day/next day) on-site response to any problem. Hagerman's System Support Staff and the vendors' service representatives will be utilized to assure the most rapid and effective problem resolution possible.

System maintenance is provided for an annual fee which includes all charges for labor, travel and parts.

Esteban Guzman did an amazing job of correcting this problem. His knowledge of the products and quick resolution was great. The Autodesk support personnel didn't have a clue about fixing this problem.
