The Help Desk at Hagerman’s Service Center handles troubleshooting on a
wide range of hardware, operating system, networking, and software
issues over a toll-free line. Thousands of calls are handled annually in
a timely and accurate manner by Hagerman’s staff of service technicians.
These technicians possess decades of combined experience with computer
system installations, and they are constantly receiving education on new
technologies and products. Our Microsoft Certified System Engineers and
Certified NetWare Engineers provide advice on networking issues. All
technicians are thoroughly fluent with operating systems including
Windows XP, 2000, NT, Windows 9X, UNIX and DOS. Our staff is certified
to repair dozens of brands of hardware and is skilled at resolving
system problems involving the interplay of hardware, operating system,
and application software. All Help Desk calls are logged and monitored
to insure the rapid and satisfactory resolution of technical problems.
System Hardware phone support includes Electronic Support and FTP
Support described below.
System Hardware Support is available on turn-key systems purchased from
Hagerman & Company, Inc. Additionally, System Hardware Support is also
available on hardware systems purchased elsewhere. subject to a billable
service call to inspect the hardware, verify proper operation, diagnose
any existing system problems, and repair those problems. Any hardware
required to return the machine to operational status will be provided at
additional cost. All systems must be operational prior to being placed
under contract.
Hardware Electronic Support
The same benefits provided by Hagerman & Company phone support are
also available via e-mail. Our Electronic Support allows customers to
submit questions by e-mail 24 hours a day. Responses are provided within
two hours of receipt of your e-mail, subject to normal business hours
(8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, in all time zones across
America). Electronic Support is included with phone support at no
charge. It may also be purchased separately. Electronic Support includes
FTP Support described below.
Hardware FTP Support
Hagerman’s Internet-based file transfer site. Supports uploading and
downloading of files, including bug fixes and other software updates.
Includes tips, utilities, and much more. Accessible from web browsers or
text based terminal logins. Included at no charge with either Electronic
Support or Telephone Support package.
