Hagerman & Company offers a network support agreement which provides additional on-site technical assistance well beyond System Maintenance.  It includes:

  On-site response to any system problem

  Development of system backup procedures and recommendations

  Loading of all new software releases obtained from Hagerman & Company

  On-site assistance with any needed changes in network configuration network support is provided for an annual fee which includes all charges for labor and travel.

Network training is also available in computer network operating systems, including Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2000 Server, Windows NT 4.0 Advanced Server, Windows NT 4.0 Server, NFS, Novell, and others is available from the System Support Staff.  Training includes the Command Structure, Shells, Backup Procedures, Printing, Plotting, File Sharing, Permission Structure(s),  E-Mail options and other network services.
