Receipt and inspection of goods
Set up, configuration and testing by professional service technicians
Loading and configuration of software
Overnight burn-in
Delivery as scheduled with customer
Set up again on-site and testing
Resolution of all problems prior to acceptance by customer
Verification of operational issues verified by a checklist that both
Hagerman & Company, Inc. and the customer participate in, to insure
customer satisfaction.
