e-mail 24 hours a day. Responses are provided within two hours of
receipt of your e-mail, subject to normal business hours
(8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, in all time zones across

Support is included with phone support at no charge. It may also be
purchased separately. Electronic Support includes FTP Support described
