Joy is currently an Autodesk Certified Instructor in 3ds Max - one of less than 50 across the United States.  A 1986 summa cum laude graduate of Lake Land College, Illinois, Joy joined Hagerman & Company in 1994. Beginning with 3D Studio DOS and through the evolving VIZ/MAX product lines, she provides customers with training, support, and product demos. In addition to her extensive experience with 3D Studio MAX and Autodesk VIZ, she also commands a wide array of graphic and multimedia programs, including Adobe and Macromedia products. She and her family reside in rural Sullivan, Illinois and enjoy boating on nearby Lake Shelbyville.
