Training registrations cancelled more than 7 days prior to a
class are fully refundable.
Training registrations cancelled within 7 days prior to a class,
including no-shows, are not refundable; however, 50% of the fees
paid may be credited toward registration for a future or rescheduled
class.
If we cancel a training class for any reason, you will receive,
at your option, either a full refund of fees paid or full credit for
fees if paid toward registration in any future training class
offered.
Training ordered must be taken within one year or fees will be
forfeited.
