Traveling from the south on I-57:
Take I-57 North to 90/94 West.  Stay on 90/94 West (Wisconsin).  Take the Washington Street East exit.  Follow Washington east all the way to State Street. Turn left on State Street.  Proceed through the lights at Randolph and Lake Street.  After Lake--but before Wacker--there is an alley on the right at the rear of the One East Wacker building.  A small sign on the back of the building says, One East Wacker Public Parking.  Turn right into the alley.  Halfway through it, there is a parking garage on the left side (in the One East Wacker building).
