Hagerman & Company acquires Knoxville’s AEC CAD Solutions

Mt. Zion, IL – Hagerman & Company, Inc., one of America’s largest value-added resellers of Autodesk software, today announced the acquisition of AEC CAD Solutions - Knoxville, Tennessee’s oldest Autodesk reseller.

AEC CAD Solutions has held a highly regarded position as supplier to design engineers in the fields of manufacturing, architecture, engineering and government in East Tennessee since 1996. Scott Daley, AEC CAD Solutions CEO, will continue to serve as a consultant to Hagerman for two years following the transaction, effective October 1, 2009.

All of AEC’s Autodesk subscriptions and support will be transferred to Hagerman.
